Episode 147 of The Independent Characters returns to our Show of Force. This time it is The Great Devourer! Better known as the Tyranids. First we open with some hobby progress, then a quick interview with CK Studios about their airbrushing class, and then we move into our coverage of our love/hate relationship with one of the most iconic Warhammer 40k Armies. Hey know this was from awhile ago. But I wanted to say something about the Tyranids form of space travel. They touch on it in the battle fleet gothic game. The Tyranids have a bio ship called a Narval, I think, and it pulls the fleet using the gravity of a star or planet itself that they are heading towards. This causes massive gravitic fluctuations in said star or planet/s. When they get closer to there target they then approach at “normal” speed. And prepare to consume the planet and overpower it’s defesnes if any...
